The
Yarn Strength Tester made of
two yarn grips. The upper grip
is mounted on the Spring Balance
type load measuring arrangement.
The lower grip is attached to
the up and down moving arrangement
the lower grip is made by means
of screw/nut with guide rods,
bearing gear box and a hand
wheel the instrument is operate
manually. There is a Dummy Pointer
attaches to the spring balance
the spring balance assembly
and screw assembly attached
to a rigid vertical stand. The
stand attached to the fabricated
base.
All
the parts of the instrument
are either metallic painting
or bright chrome/zinc plating
to give a corrosion resistance
life of the instrument.
